THESE PANTS 
They are awesome, they fit great, are made from such high quality “no pill” material, and the softest comfier-than-sweatpants kind of feel. Wide waistband with drawstring and wide leg.
I’m wearing the medium as a size 10 and they fit perfectly. I would say large is best for 12 ish and XL would be a relaxed fit 14 or true 16. I’m 5’7, keep that in mind on length!
